I have a question.
I put clinical information (eg, vital sign, body weight) in the measurement. However, information such as diarrhea amount and diarrhea frequency can not be included in the measurement. Because the frequency of diarrhea is the word ‘diarrhea’ and the ‘frequency’ qualifier is needed.
If so, should information such as diarrhea amount and diarrhea frequency be entered into observation? I do not know which domain to put in.
