Hey there. I am working with @nick on a cancer-specific implementation of AchillesWeb at Columbia and we have the OMOP set up in MySQL. It doesn’t appear that the SqlRender supports MySQL. Is there any plans to do this? I would be happy to make the changes myself if someone could give me a place to start. Thanks!
Hi Ben: No, mySQL will not be supported within the OHDSI toolset. There
are several basic SQL functions that mySQL does not handle which SQL
Server/Oracle/PostgresQL/Redshift/Netezza all support which are core to
many of the OHDSI analyses, including windowing functions and multi-aliased
temp tables, . But, you are in luck, Columbia is developing a CDM on the
SQL Server platform, walk down the hall and talk to @aperotte and
@mark_velez for more details.
Cheers,
Patrick
