Specimen in 1k sample of cms synpuf data in CDMV5 Format

Hi, OHDSI
I currently use cms synpuf data in CDMV5 and need each patient’s specimen info(e.g AST, ALT ,Hb, Uric acid, RBC Count etc), but there’s no any data in Specimen.
To find their specimen data, where can I obtain them?

@MichealJeong I don’t think SynPUF has information for the specimen.
