I am trying to implement OHDSI ATLAS on Google Cloud Platform but need some direction. I have looked for documentation or instructions but have not found any. Currently, I have my own OMOP CDM data on BigQuery, and a VM instance of ATLAS on the Google Cloud Platform. My question is, how do I direct ATLAS to refer to my OMOP tables on BigQuery? How do I access the settings/SOURCE_DAIMON for the WebAPI to use my data instead of synpuf dataset?
I am a bit new to the Google Cloud Platform so any help would be appreciated.
