Looking for advice to map Primary Induction Failure (PIF) and
Complete Response with Incomplete Hematologic Recover (CRi)
Bump
Bump
Bumpy road you are driving there, @jliddil1.
PIF: This will be in the Episode Domain. Maybe not exactly as that, but each line of chemo is going to have an Episode, and so are relapses or progressive diseases. So Primary Induction Failure is going to be the progressive disease after the first chemo.
CRi: Need to add that Episode.
So for now I should wait to map?
A week or two has passed
Are you planning on coming to the OHdSI Symposium? We can do it right there on the spot.
@jliddil1 What source data are you mapping that has data on response in AML?
@Christian_Reich, if you guys end up talking about at the symposium, please let me know - I’d love to be involved.
No my employer won’t fund attending
@esholle We collect hematologic data across all the various malignancies. We have Best Response questions for each type.
Looks like we are not talking at the Symposium, but I would suggest we bring it up at the next Oncology meeting. Tagging @mgurley. @esholle, please come as well.
@jliddil1: Instead of adding these piece meal one Forum Post at a time, can you drop the whole controlled vocabularies for your episodes in your hematological malignancies?
