Thank you for your reply. In my use case we use the OMOP database as a data warehouse, and we use ATLAS to search for patients and create a cohort. Why would I create and other database and use other tools to do the same job? I undertand that ATLAS is designed to support analysis, but i this scenario I cannout use it for analysis, but I would like to use it for creating the cohort. Than exporting the data somehow.
