At the U of Colorado we’re preparing to transform data from our Oracle HDWF integrated data warehouse to OMOP CDM v5. Does anyone have experience with this transformation, any scripts or other advice they could share. (I saw some other postings regarding Oracle but nothing specific to HDWF- I originally posted in Developers - my mistake, but wasn’t sure how to change the posting category)

I’m guessing that most of us won’t be able to contribute to this unless we use HDWF locally. It appears that the schema is proprietary. However, it certainly looks as if it’s OMOPish from the table at the end of this doc:
