OHDSI Collaborator TC today, 31March2015

There was a lot of activity from last week’s OHDSI F2F and the AMIA Joint Summits meeting, so on today’s call, we’ll take this time to recap on some of the actions that came from the discussions and open the floor for any additional collaboration opportunities that came out. There’s been a few requests, both within the community and from others outside, to access presentation materials, so we can discuss logistics for everyone to share their ongoing work.

Also, I want to highlight a request that @callahantiff made to the OHDSI community, to provide your perspectives on barriers to data quality, as part of her research with @mgkahn and @toanong : Exploring Potential Barriers to Data Quality Assessment

I am presenting at ASPET in Boston. Our session goes till noon
and, depending on the post session chatter, I might be late in calling in.

Juan will be on to capture our action items and to ask for volunteer
sites to test APHRODITE. (He got the retrieval down to 4.7 seconds!).
