Team:
On today’s call, per @Vojtech_Huser’s recommendation to the group, we’ll start a journey of learning about CDM implementation across various OHDSI data holders. Data holders who’ve made the conversion (or perhaps are still in the midst of conversion) can discuss their experience. If folks have specific issues you’d like to address about CDMv5 and VocabV5, please bring them up (both on the discussion forums and on the call).
We’ll also make sure to have time for our PoPas, so anyone wanting to update on their publication process should chime in.
We didn’t get any feedback to our request to learn about how the community tools we’ve put in place are working for everyone. And since we have a uniform prior, silence could be you love’em, you hate’em, or everything in between. All input is welcome and encouraged.
From last week’s meeting, here’s a link to download the discussion, including the demo of HERMES: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0tvvyaDDRLFY24zZG9LLV9ZUUk/view?usp=sharing.
Here’s the link to HERMES: http://ohdsi.org/web/hermes/index.html. Note, already based on the feedback, we’ve moved swiftly from alpha to beta, and the new features are already available on our public instance of the tool. Congrats again to @Frank for leading this tool for the community. Keep the input coming, and dive into the code to make enhancements here: https://github.com/ohdsi/hermes.
