Moved ATLAS and WebAPI documentation from github to wiki

Hi OHDSI community,

We moved the ATLAS and WebAPI pages/documentation from github to the wiki here: http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:overview

We plan to update the documentation in the wiki pages and delete/discontinue the github pages.

Thank you.
Jill

Why is it that the WebAPI documentation start off with “The Laertes
evidence service” and then goes on to “SPLICER - Adverse Drug Reactions
Extracted from United States Structured Product Labels” to be followed by
“EU SPC”. Maybe you get my drift by now. It does not make much sense nor
a very good impression if you are looking for the first time to install the
WebAPI.

Thanks for pointing this out Don. The Laertes evidence service was one of the first features published and presented related to the WebAPI. Clearly it has evolved a lot since then and we’ll continue updating the documentation now that its in the new location to reflect those changes. For now I believe Jill has already made changes to make some of the newer information more accessible.
