We are in the process of mapping patient consent information into the OMOP data model, but we are trying to figure out the best place for it. The data would include the date when a patient would have consented to be a part of a study, the date when the patent would have opted out of the study, the current consent status, the facility where the patient consented, and any reason the patient would have changed their consent status.
At current we are considering either creating another table, or putting the information into somewhere like observation. Ideas are welcome, I am sure there is someone out there that had similar data to put into the model, I would like to hear what was done with it.
