Have folks assessed LOINC 2.83 changes, especially with post coordinated LOINCs and its impacts on Athena vocabulary, and OMOP Tables such as Measurement?

Curious how the same element which can now be represented as a single pre-coordinated LOINC (with specific method like probe.amp.tar) and the new post coordianted approach with a generic LOINC with {molgen} that is intended to be paired with a LOINC listing the methods like https://loinc.org/115739-5 will be represented in Athena Vocab and complete meaning supported in OMOP Measurement table?
(No LISs/labs in the US as far as I know have a table to support decupling the method from a lab order or result and thus map in the proposed precoordinated manner. They also don’t have capability to map to multiple LOINCs so the LOINC proposed approach wouldn’t work. I understand it was requested by HL7 Europe so they may have more info on the funcitionality of their systems to support.)
