LGPS LEOPARD implementation in OMOP CDM

As part of a research project conducted by the Université de Montréal (Canada), we have been working on the application of the OMOP CDM v4 to an electronic medical record database. The last step of our project is the implementation of the LGPS LEOPARD program ( package from http://omop.org/MethodsLibrary) in our OMOP CDM.

We are currently working with SAS 9.4. Therefore, we have set up a SAS ODBC Server. We are working in Local (database and client software are on the same computer). This server works: we can access SAS CDM datasets from Microsoft Excel.

However, it seems that we are unable to access the data from Jerboa program. We have followed the instructions provided and tried numerous settings in the dbSettings text files, but this log always appears:

4 aot 2015 14:39:42 Starting workflow
Starting module DB parameters file
File found
Starting module Person table
null

We also have tried to convert all our SAS datasets into TAB delimited text files and to access them through an ODBC Data Source with the Microsoft Text Driver. Once again, we can access the data through Microsoft Excel, but the same log appears in Jerboa.

Does anybody has experience in implementing the LEOPARD LGPS package in OMOP CDM working with SAS ?

Advices and solutions are welcomed !

Thank you
