How to store Psychiatric Scale into OMOP data base?

There were no such recommendations.
Actually, that’s not an issue even, it’s a peculiarity of SNOMED we need to handle.
So, they have

  • Scale score;
  • Scale as a tool;
  • Assestement using scale as a procedure.
    We have to chose which one of these 3 to use. I suppose Scale score is the best option as it says exaclty what is stored.
