A few questions from implementing CDM conversion for German EMR data:
- In German healthcare, there are diagnosis confidence or certainties recorded, as this is not supported by 4.5 version of CDM, how can we deal with this? Currently we are only mapping when there is a “confirmed” state of diagnosis certainity for a diagnosis in the condition table. Also, diagnosis localization is not supported in CDM, how can this be dealt with?
