EHDEN ecosystem requirements

Hi, we are transforming the database in our hospital to the OMOP CDM and the IT team wants to know the requirements (what they occupy on disk as well as the resources they need in terms of CPU and RAM) of the following applications:

  • ATLAS, Achilles, Hades, CDMInspection, DataQualityDashboard, CatalogueExport

Could you help us with that information? Thanks!

Hi Carlos,

I know you can run a lot of those tools with as little as 2 CPU cores and 8GB of RAM. However, you may want to have (if you can) up to 8 CPU cores and 30GB of RAM. This is only for the tools, for the DB itself I cannot give you a recommendation.
