Hi all,
I’m currently running treatment pathway analysis in ATLAS for an OHDSI study. And there are duplicate colors for two different event cohorts (ACEi/ARB and beta-blocker) when running in one database, which made it hard to distinguish the two pathways (see below). Anyone has any idea on how to fix this issue?
Would you mind sharing your pathway analysis design (by going to Utils->export and save the JSON for the analysis as a .txt file and posting it here)?
It’s strange that you get that since the colors should be defined off of the cohorts that are defined in the design (the colors aren’t based on the result) so I will be able to try to reproduce your error even if my datasource does not have any data in it…
