Does it requires to have a transaction for at least one of the three tables i.e. Condition_O, Procedure_O and Drug_E to be considered a valid visit?
I mean to say that if i have some data that only have some demographics or vitals but do not contain any information about the condition, procedure and drug, then is there any relevancy of that data for using it in ATLAS?
