Especially below tables to to Condition_Occurrence

There is a v4 CPRD ETL that includes HES conversion specifications here: https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-CDMBuilder. At Janssen we converted the hospital, episodes, primary_diag_hosp, procedures_epi, linkage_coverage, maternity and acp files. Working on v5 conversion at the moment, will post when ready.
