Dear All,
At Semmelweis University, Hungary, we created a Clinical Data Management Center to establish best practices and collaborations on clinical data and its usage. We would like to create a framework (let’s say a template agreement) for how other academic centers or even industry can approach us with their needs, how we should handle this, what type of data and in what form can be exported, and how the University can benefit from such agreements.
We would like to ask for your kind help and support on how this topic is handled at your institutions and what (if any) the EU regulations are. Do you maybe have templates?
