Brodsea 3.0 - Quick Start : How to add my own DB in Atlas (omop)

@Ajit_Londhe @Sanjay_Udoshi i have a question in the same context. I’m currently trying to add the cdm_synthea database in atlas through Broadsea. I have developed the cdm_synthea schema inside the broadsea container like this

Following the instructions, i changed the appropriate sections of the .env file like this

I think im doing this correctly but when i connect to atlas i get this

Thank you in advance!

Basic auth has an issue that has only recently been resolved. See here:

Also, I would recommend using an external postgres for your synthea data. The docker tends to bog down with larger datasets.

Ahmed, I am where you were when you started. I have Atlas running on the default Broadsea 3.5 installation. I have an external PostgreSQL server that I have created a connection for using. When I select a source, I see my connection and the default EUNOMIA. When I select the report Dashboard, I can only get things to work for EUNOMIA.

What steps did you take once you had your DataSource configured?

Thanks.
