Batch Uploading Concept Sets into ATLAS

@Frank @anthonysena @Chris_Knoll @gregk – our friends in this amazing project called R2D2 C3PO (no joke) are trying to come up with a way to do a batch import of concept sets into ATLAS using the OHDSI community concept sets from the COVID-19 study-a-thon.

@schillil and I are wondering if there’s maybe a way to do this on the backend. Any advice would be much appreciated!

You could do this with WebApi - to get/post to the endpoints.

We are almost there in supporting this using ROhdsiWebApi. See discussion here

@schuemie and I are doing a refresh for this package and hope to release v1.0 soon. That might help meet this need.

yes, I think the only way at this point is to code something up against the WebAPI
