Where can I find Drug_Outcome table?

Hello there,

I cannot access FTP servers on http://omop.org/OSIM2 right now, and the data I got before (10M_MEDDRA_9) does not contain drug_outcome tables mentioned in the documentation. Does anyone know where I can get these tables?
