Vocabulary release used by ATLAS?

How can I determine the vocabulary release that is being used by Atlas?

http://www.ohdsi.org/web/atlas/#/home

I suspect it isn’t using the most recent Aug 09, 2017 release but I’d like to be certain.

You can see the vocabulary version in the ATLAS configuration screen:
