I’m looking for use cases where anybody may be working with a referential catalogue or knowledge graph which is reliant on clinical terminologies such as SNOMED, ICD etc, as well as other terminologies.
The reason I make this request is that we have an AI called Dynaccurate - see www.dynaccurate.com - which will automatically remap a KG with a new version of, for example, SNOMED or ICD.
Use cases we have come across so far are:
- Maintaining a national catalogue of imaging procedures
- Maintaining a disease identifier database which is referring to 10s of thousands of SNOMED codes
- Maintaining a DB of different drugs, using different drug reference codes from different sources
Is anybody dealing with this sort of challenge, and would you like to test our AI? If so, just reach out.
