UCUM concept for {INR}

I am trying find UCUM concept for International Normalized Ratio (UCUM code: {INR}), but it doesn’t seem to be there. Can we add it?

INR is a ratio, i.e. unit less If you have the right measurement_concept_id (e.g 3022217 LOINC “INR”) then all you need is the value.

But we can add {INR}. Just for clarification: everything that is in curly brackets in UCUM is not part of a unit, and just an “embellishment” to make it easier to read. Like “cells”.
