SNOMED ICD10 Procedure Relationships in Vocabulary

Do you guys know if the SNOMED mapping to ICD10 Procedures is available in the most recent Vocabulary? We have 20171201 and don’t seem to see it.

You mean, ICD10PCS to SNOMED? It’s lagging behind. Becasue ICD10PCS are standard concepts of their own, and teh mapping really is only supporting the hierarchy. And we have a big Procedure Tidy Up program, but it is low priority.

Do you have some urgency?

What is current status of the mapping of ICD procedure codes to SNOMED?

Hello! Currently around 40 000 of active ICD10PCS leaf level codes are currently integrated into SNOMED hierarchy as seamless extension.
