Just moved to v5 from v4 in OMOP and need to use the Relationship table to filter on Concepts. Does anyone know which Relationship names from the many should be used? In my knowledge, the only one to use is “Is Mapped to”.
What are the other Relationship types, “Has dose form”, “Has dose form”, “Is a domain” used for?
My main use is to derive concepts in v5 and I need to know which Relationship types to use for which tables
