We are trying to implement OMOP conversion on Big Data platform. We have observed that all the tools currently sufficing some functionality of conversion are based on the traditional warehousing technologies like MySQL, Oracle etc.
Do we have any tool that supports the cloud-based Big data platforms? We are particularly interested in tools that can help with Vocabulary management ( Such as USAGI - Currently on MySql platform, Rabbit in a Hat etc ) and the overall orchestration of the conversion process

All OHDSI tools currently support PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft APS. Support for Netezza and Hadoop (through Impala) has also been implemented, but I’m not 100% they are completely functional. People have looked at Google BigQuery, but found insurmountable obstacles with that platform.
Could you tell us what you mean by “cloud-based Big data platforms”?
