OHDSI Study: Levetiracetam and Risk of Angioedema in patients with Seizure Disorder

Hi all,

Keppra Study have been finished on two data sets (namely PharmetricsPlus and Ambulatory EMR).
Is there an interest in other particular data sets?

Yuriy

Awesome! No other databases come to mind. With angioedema being very rare, the bigger database is probably the better. Do you have other large databases available?

@schuemie:

We got open claims. It’s the old SDI data, if you remember, but much bigger. However, the CDM conversion is not ready. How badly do we need big numbers?

Not that badly. We really would like to wrap up this study, so if you could share the two result sets you have now, Jon can incorporate them in the paper he is writing.

The results are already send to Jon.

Ha. One sec, guys. Yura: We need to do DA_France. REason is that the internal IMS sponsor is Marie-Sophie, and she actually needs it for France. Can you run it there real quick?

Chrisitan, the question if this data is in CDM 5? If yes, we can try.

Hi all,

I have some troubles with running Keppra Study on DA_French EMR. Stages “createCohorts” and “runAnalyses” were successful, but “packageResults” fails with an error

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid operation: relation “full_2016q2_omop_v5.cdm_source” does not exist.

How critically do we need CDM_SOURCE data? If not critical, what is the best solution, populating “cdm_source” table, or modifications in Keppra package to ignore the cdm_source table?

BR,

Yuriy

I would recommend populating the cdm_source table. It is really not that much work (one row)

@schuemie many thanks. Everything works ok now. Keppra Study have been finished on DA_France EMR. The results are send to @jon_duke.
