I am trying to use the OMOP CDMv5 and vocabularies for building a FHIR terminology service. In this context, I want to know how to filter concepts based on extended LOINC properties like ORDER_OBS, SCALE_TYP, etc. Is there any way to, for example, filter the concepts with ORDER_OBS as Both?
Very interesting. However, right now we don’t import those two LOINC attributes. If you need it, you’d have to get your own LOINC reference files. If you wanted that in the OMOP Vocabularies we’d have to add those attributes. How would you want to use them?
