Last three steps ( Copying Vocabulary, Indexes Creation , Postprocesses)

Hi,

I ran the ETL CDM Builder on the Truven CCAE data. I used SQL Server 2014 and when I am running the copying vocabulary step, then I am getting the error message : Error: Post Process supports only Amazon Redshift database.

I am not sure what is the purpose of these last 3 steps and weather they are only required for the Amazon Redshift database ? Please let me know. Thanks

Hi Juhi,

• Copying Vocabulary step - copying few tables from vocabulary database to CDM databases. This step simply executing following script: https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-CDMBuilder/blob/master/bin/Common/MSSQL/v5.2/CopyVocabulary.sql

• Indexes Creation step - as long as MS BulkCopy works not effectively with indexes, CDM Builder creates indexes only when CDM is ready, you can find all indexes here: https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-CDMBuilder/blob/master/bin/Common/MSSQL/v5.2/CreateIndexes.sql

• Postprocesses step - executes following R packages: Achilles - for the CDM quality check, PregnancyEpisode - creates pregnancy episodes and MotherChildLinkage - links mothers and children, links for details:
