Infusion flow rate

Hello,

Working through the N3C OMOP standards I have discovered that infusion rate, particularly for standardized vasopressor administration, i.e. mcg/kg/min is missing within the common data model. I’ve created a github issue for this.

Would love to get thoughts from others who had encountered similar issues.

Yes, this is missing from the CDM. See my GitHub proposal here and forum postings here.

Please add your use case to the GitHub proposal. Adding dose to the Drug Exposure table is on the CDM WG’s agenda this year.
