There’s a long list of relationship IDs, but what is the difference between things like “Maps to” and “Mapped from”?
Is there a place that explains what each of the relationship IDs mean?

It’s a reverse relationship: from non-standard concept to standard with Maps to and from the same standard to its non-standard with Mapped from. You can find the info here, for example:
