How many sites are using OMOP or OHDSI?

Are there statistics as to how many locations with clinical data are using OMOP or OHDSI?

Around 80 is not a bad estimate, but it depends whether you mean who is actually participating in OHDSI versus who is just using the data model but not running studies, and all the options in between. ODHSI.org http://odhsi.org/ has one list of databases. 80 is probably an underestimate of basic use of the model and an overestimate of active participants.
