I found following 3 standard concepts that belong to Device domain:
45291762
45205932
45203876
They all stand for ‘GABAPENTIN POWDER’. Are these errors or there are legitimate reason for the Device domain?
It seems like a byproduct of an automatical domain assignment in NDC. Once these get mapped they will move into Drug domain.
