Flatiron data to OMOP

Hello all,

The data network page mentions that Flatiron data has already been converted to OMOP v4. We have received interest in using Atlas on the Flatiron data and we are gathering information to convert the data to OMOP v5.

Does anyone know who has done the Flatiron ETL and whether there is any additional information available on this conversion? @DTorok @ericaVoss

@MaximMoinat @rimma @Christian_Reich This is my question too! Is there any documentation available on Flatiron data transformation to OMOP CDM 5.x?

Nothing in the public. Ask @dtorok or @gregk. I believe they both did this commercially. You may have to cough up some money, though.

(And stop asking me to help you with data from the competition! :slight_smile: )
