Example data from OHDSI tutorials and OHDSI-in-a-Box

I just finished the OHDSI turorial on https://academy.ehden.eu using an OHDSI-in-a-Box instance on AWS. The box includes some example datasets (cmsdesynpuf100k, cmsdesynpuf1k, synthea1k).

Can I download those databases somewhere? Ideally as an SQL dump to load everythin into a local database.

Would be fantastic to get started with local development/testing.

Try Eunomia R package.

Thanks @Vojtech_Huser , that looks really interesting!

Is it possible to extract the data from the Eunomia package to load it to Postgres?

Hi @mpreusse the synthea data used in OHDSI-In-a-Box is located here: https://github.com/OHDSI/Tutorial-ETL/tree/master/data

And this repo gives you more detail on how the etl was put together: https://github.com/OHDSI/etl-synthea
