Estimated size of combined OMOP data sets

Not sure if there is one place to go to find this number as Moria collects information on OMOP data sets. Does anybody have a thumb-in-the-wind estimate of the number of lives in the combined worldwide OMOP data sets as of October 2017? Any crude estimate is fine to make the point for a large pediatric diabetes network in USA and India to join up.

Minimum 600 million. It is likely higher, but we are trying to account for duplication and that is an inexact process today. The total number with duplication but not trivial duplication (i.e., don’t count the same data set being licensed twice but don’t worry about two different CMS data sets), is about 900 million.
