Downloading OMOP cdm version 5 vocabulary data

Could you please let me where can i find the proper link for downloading the cdm version 5 vocabulary data. The ddl scripts given in the git repo are based on the assumption that one has downloaded the CDM version 5 vocabulary zip file. I tried a lot to find the file. But could not find it. Some links are throwing response code 500. Could you please help me here

Can I find anywhere the direct link to the zip file (CDM version 5 vocabulary zip file) which is mentioned in the git repo. That would be greate. I am trying to load the postgres tables with the script OMOP CDM ddl - PostgreSQL.sql in the git repo - https://github.com/OHDSI/CommonDataModel

And one more thing. Some of the files which are checked already in the link - http://athena.ohdsi.org/ . Are the checked files sufficient enogh to load the postgres database? Thanks again.

just check the vocabularies you need, and then the link will be e-mailed.

Yes, they are. But it depends on which vocabularies you need in your current project, for example if you need “ICD10 International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (WHO)”, you need to check this vocabulary.

I have some questions about how to download CMD too.
I want to download the table “concept” ,“concept_ancestor”, “concept_class”,“concept_relationship”, “concept_synonym”,“domain”, “drug_strength”,“relationship”, “vocabulary”, but i really don’t know how to download that i want through the link " http://athena.ohdsi.org".
First ,i check the CODE ,then, go to the page “download vocabularies”,fill the “concept” into “name bundle”.
Is the step right?

The standard package consist from these tables.
You click “Download vocabularies”, then you get an e-mail with the link, you click on it. then download starts automatically, then you have an archive with tables you mentioned

How did you get to Step 3? I am looking for CONCEPT.csv and CONCEPT_SYNOAYM.csv but I can’t seem to find them.
