Difference between ICD-10-CM (from NLM) and the "AMA version" of same?

Greetings. I’m relatively new here.

The AMA offers/sells their own version of ICD-10-CM. I have no idea how it differs from the free version of ICD-10-CM from NLM.

Does anyone know what the difference is, and why it might be worth paying for the AMA’s version?

Thank you for insight!

ICD10CM, being a modification of ICD10 provided by WHO, is officially maintained by NCHS in the US. So all “versions” should be similar to the official one, which is open source and can be downloaded here (and from the ATHENA OHDSI Vocabularies Repository as well ).
