We are working on populating Death table in our environment for which we receive underlying death cause from our source as ICD 10 codes, when we do a mapping to SNOMED to get the standard concept codes, we find that some of the ICD 10 codes map to more than 1 SNOMED code under the same domain (Condition). Was wondering what the community does in these scenarios. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
