CPT4 Place of Service Codes

I probably am just late to the party, but does CPT4 have place of service codes? For example these CONCEPT_IDs don’t look like CPT4s to me *:

concept_id concept_name 42627879 Indian Health Service Provider-based Facility 42627880 Assisted Living Facility 42627881 Emergency Room - Hospital 42627882 Ambulance - Land 42627883 Ambulance - Air or Water

Short answer: Yes. They look like duplicates of the CMS Place of Service codes. Except the current CPT4 listing doesn’t have them anymore. But the UMLS does. Go figure.
