Very early days so will have to plead a certain degree of ignorance. I am currently evaluating OHDSI tools for using it with CPRD data.
The CPRD data we receive is in a flat file format. In order to take advantage of the ETL-CDMBuilder tool would I be correct in saying that I would first have to import the flat files ino a Windows SQL Db for it to be used as a source for the ETL-CDMBuilder?
I did enquire with CPRD regarding receving the data in OMOP format although it is something they are looking into there in no time frame as of yet when and if it will be available.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
