I have 2 questions.
- In Notes entity, what shall we use for encoding_concept_id field. I assume it should be UTF-8 or UTF-16 but none of those are present in Athena Vocab.
- If there is no value for above and if I need to create a new concept_id with id > 2 Billion. What values should be added to Domain_Id, Vocabuary_Id,concept_class_id, standard_concept ,concept_code ,valid_start_date ,valid_end_date ,invalid_reason in concept table.
