Cerner HealthFacts to OMOP CDM ETL

Has anyone developed an Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) procedure to map the Cerner HealthFacts database to the OMOP common data model (CDM)?

If so, would you be willing to share your learnings, approach, and/or code?

Many thanks,
Christophe

any progress on this? discussing this today with @shawndolley

This group in Texas in 2016 probably developed an ETL. I recently talked with folks who could use it a lot.

Yes we did ETL for Healthfact at UTHealth. There is a published ETL protocol for Healthfact by another group: https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-CDMBuilder/blob/master/man/CERNER/Cerner_ETL_v6.docx
