CDM V5 ETL Spec Document

Is there a ETL Spec document for V5 similar to what we have for v4? Will they be published here?

Do you mean this:
http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:cdm

Or ETL documents like this:

(These are some of Janssen’s)

Erica,

No, looking for the word document :

I believe this needs to be done if someone already implemented v5.

For v5.0. rather than providing a just blank template, OHDSI provides tools:
http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:software:whiterabbit

Here you can find White Rabbit and Rabbit in a Hat. These two tools will help you build the ETL documentation; White Rabbit will scan your database providing details about the tables and fields and Rabbit in a Hat provides a GUI interface to map your source data to the CDM. Once you use the GUI to perform the mapping you can export a Word document of the map.

Thanks Erica! I was hoping someone might have done this work, but I will create a blank template using rabbit in hat.

We have a few projects that will be using 5.0 and the blank template for 4.0 was helpful for my team.

I have created a blank template (see also this post ETL Mapping specs for CDM v5.0?), but I am not sure on how to share it. I could not upload it as an attachment to my post, as it is a Word file.
@ericaVoss How could I share this?

Thanks great, thanks so much @Jstrubel. How about sharing the document on
the OHDSI wiki here:
http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:example_etls

Great! @Jsturbel, let us know if you could load it on the wiki !

I have uploaded the file on the wiki indicated by Patrick. If there are any comments or additions to it, please let me know. We only just started out with OHDSI and using this file ourselves.

I’ll try to add the other tables in and post the full version some time soon. This way there is a complete model.
