I’m only an end user. The folks loading out data say they can query the data in postgres but it is not appearing in Atlas. The data sources is showing. Any advice I can give them?
Hey did you manage the issue? I have a similar one, but the community does not seem so active!!!
Atlas only works with OMOP databases which are obtained trough Achilles. If an OMOP database is correctly linked in Atlas then it is important to check the respective “permissions” in Atlas through Atlas’ configuration page.
