ATLAS issues on characterization and PLP results

Hi Community,

I was running an analysis for one research project that I was working on. The analysis was performed using both Characterization and Patient-level prediction function in ATLAS.

However, when checking the results from observation domain, there was a difference in the characterization results and PLP results. The “history of malignant neoplasm of breast” was showing in the PLP results but not showing in the characterization results (highlighted). (top for characterization results, bottom for PLP results)

The same target cohort and same time period were being used for Characterization and PLP analysis.

Is this difference due to the ATLAS settings?

Please share you thoughts.

Possibly that Atlas may be filtering out results of very small counts. In those cases, can you tell me the relative % of population that has this feature?

Thanks for the prompt reply!

I just checked in the database that we are using, there are around 0.07% (129 patients) who were observed with “history of malignant neoplasm of breast”. Is there a threshold set in ATLAS to filter?
