An Issue of change from non-standard to standard map

Hi,

I have a question.
One of the my colleagues asked about ICD-10 J46 -->Status asthmaticus ( concept_id : 45591560)
Now it is non-standard,.
Therefore OMOP vocabulary in Athena suggests that Status asthmaticus ( concept_id : 45591560) changes to standard–>Asthma without status asthmaticus(concept_id: 4206340) based on relationship.

However, I think they are exactly different condition.
Is it fine to have relationship between them? and it can be from non-standard to standard map?

I think it should be change to the other standard map.

How do you think about this?
